Simply Smitten Policies

Parking

Simply Smitten is a home based studio.  Please pull straight up the driveway, and park in front of the garage doors (the black truck is mine.)  If there are cars in the driveway, please only park in the cul-de-sac.  DO NOT block neighbors driveways.

Follow the sidewalk to the back of the house, down the steps, and through the blue door to the waiting area. 

 

Child Policy

Due to the nature of the services I provide, I cannot accommodate unattended children.  The only exception is if the minor child is getting services, to which the legal guardian must be present.  If you bring a child to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and the late cancel fee will be applied, which is half of the total services booked.  The fee is not a credit towards a future service, and must be paid prior to accepting future appointments.

 

Guests Policy

If you have a guest with you, they are welcome to wait in the waiting area.  Only the client will be allowed in the treatment room.

 

Policies

Simply Smitten operates by appointment only.  All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card.  You need to be on the table ready to be waxed at the time of your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a no show fee which is 100% of total services booked.  

 

We require 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Failure to provide 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule will be charged 50% of the total services booked to the credit card on file to hold the appointment.  Future appointments will not be accepted until this is paid.

If you no call no show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the total services booked.  This is not a credit towards your future appointment.  Future appointments will not be accepted until this fee is paid.

If you come to your waxing appointment and your hair is shorter than 1/4 inch (grain of rice) or you have shaved within 2 weeks you will be charged a cancelation fee 50% of total services booked and be rescheduled.  This fee is not a credit for future services.

If you come to your spray tanning appointment and you haven't properly prepped your skin or have a visible sunburn you will be cancelled and charged 50% of the total service.  This fee is not a credit for future services.

* Please note, it is your responsibility to be prepared for inclement weather.  If it is raining please have an umbrella, poncho, etc.

Please understand when scheduling your services that time slot is reserved especially for you, and I do my best to be respectful of your time and mine.  Last minute cancellations or no-shows deprive me the opportunity to fill that appointment.  Courtesy text/email reminders are sent out based on your preference selected.  No-show clients will have to pre-pay in full all services for future appointments.

No show and late cancel fees must be paid prior to booking your next appointment.  No show and late cancel fees will not be applied as a credit towards your next appointment.

​

No exchanges or refunds will be honored.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your wax I will offer a complimentary touch up within 3 days of the appointment, time after that is subject to charges.
